When will my order be shipped?
The estimated shipping time is 2-7 business days. See more on shipping & delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order, once it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, change or cancel your order. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund (please see our returns page for more info). If you want to add items, you should place another order within 24 hours of your original order, then contact us at email@example.com with both order numbers
When and how can I use my tracking number?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation.
I received my order but it is either faulty, incomplete or containing a wrong product. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover that your order is not as you expected. We will reply you within 24 hours
Can I exchange items?
Yes, of course. If you would like a different size or colour, please return it together with your invoice and a note that you want to exchange (please see our returns page for more info). In Denmark, you also have the possibility of exchanging items in our physical store as well.
Have you received my return?
As soon as your return has reached our shop we will send you an e-mail confirmation. If it has been more than 10 days since you returned the item and you have not heard from us, then please contact email@example.com and we will solve the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
When your return has been received, we will process it as soon as possible and within 2 business days. When processing is complete and the refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 business days before the amount is in your account (depending on your bank or card provider). We will issue the refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed on something else.
